Sponsorship

Referral Service Description

Our company offers candidates a referral service. Once the announcement published on our career site has been validated, the Company makes it accessible to all candidates who wish to sponsor a profile by sending the contact details of candidates who may correspond to the position to be filled. The information sheet includes the following information: title, last name, first name (s) of the candidate, telephone and e-mail details, Viadeo and/or Linkedin profile (s) if existing. A CV can be attached. The Company then systematically contacts the candidates recommended by the Coopters, for a telephone pre-selection. Within 24 hours the Company chooses whether or not to submit the application to its client. If yes, the co-optor will be kept informed of the progress of the recruitment.

Co-optor Remuneration

As soon as the candidate he has proposed, in response to an advertisement, has been hired by the latter and at the end of the trial period, the Co-optor will receive a fixed networking fee corresponding to a fixed one-time business provider commission in the amount of €400, regardless of the amount of the envisaged and effective remuneration of the candidate by the Recruiter. VAT will be added if the Co-optor is subject to it. Payment will take place within 30 days, upon presentation of an invoice or proof of punctual intermediation.
